We are at the forefront of the blockchain and crypto industry in Israel, serving as the central hub for the local ecosystem. Under our brand, we operate the largest platforms in Israel for content, networking, education, and events in the blockchain space.

BDCC provides courses and educational programs for retail investors and traders on the one hand, and on the other - to financial institutions and banks, regulators and policy makers, law enforcement agencies, blockchain and crypto companies, law and accountancy firms, and more.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating sales funnels that generate high-quality enrollments, managing vendors for various needs, overseeing digital campaigns, copywriting, improving conversion rates, and leading the branding of BDCC as Israel’s leading training institution for blockchain and crypto studies.

The role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, the ability to work with diverse audiences (beginners, professionals, government representatives, finance professionals, etc.), creative data-driven thinking, and execution against clearly defined goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management Skills

  • Coordinating and managing projects in collaboration with the VP of Marketing, company management, performance vendors, and college staff
  • Ensuring execution by all stakeholders involved in projects, including hands-on work when required
  • Meeting timelines and performance targets

2. Marketing Strategy

  • Building an annual and quarterly marketing plan for the college and each study program, together with management and under its guidance
  • Defining target audiences: investors, traders, professionals, lawyers, accountants, government employees, students, and more
  • Developing a content strategy that supports branding the college as a professional, trustworthy, and leading institution

3. Funnel Management

  • Building targeted lead-generation systems for each course
  • Creating customer journeys that include landing pages, emails, automations, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Optimizing funnels to improve conversion rates
  • Managing and improving lead nurturing processes

4. Campaign Oversight

  • Working with an advertising agency or performance vendors across platforms and overseeing performance based on defined KPIs
  • Ensuring high-quality, professional copywriting
  • Budget planning, platform allocation, performance analysis, and A/B testing
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in a marketing agency or performance-driven company with significant advertising budgets – a strong advantage

5. Branding and Marketing Communications

  • Working with designers and content writers to produce high-quality marketing materials
  • Producing, in collaboration with vendors, brand videos, student testimonials, lecturer interviews, and more
  • Managing BDCC’s brand language and value-driven messaging

6. Data-Driven Marketing

  • Analyzing campaign data, leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), and CRM data
  • Producing weekly/monthly reports and presenting insights to management
  • Defining clear KPIs: cost per lead, cost per enrollment, conversion rates, ROI

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing management or campaign management at a marketing company/digital agency or a performance-driven company
  • Deep familiarity with building marketing funnels: landing pages, automations, CRM, WordPress (including Elementor)
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets
  • Strong self-learning abilities
  • High-level marketing copywriting skills
  • Good understanding of the financial/technological world and the ability to quickly learn the blockchain and crypto space – an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative
  • High analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing educational institutions / EdTech
  • Experience managing processes with sales teams
  • Project management experience with advertising vendors, designers, and video editors
  • Experience building campaigns that communicate trust, professionalism, and credential authority
