We are looking for Hands-on Head of Sales
Who are we?
nGrid Energy is a technology-driven power company focused on electricity consumption. Our proprietary AI platform, Gaia, actively trades and optimizes electricity demand using on-site storage - forecasting prices and executing real-time decisions-so businesses secure lower costs, greater resilience, predictable returns, and control their energy like the market’s largest players.
What are we looking for?
A full-time, Hands-on Head of Sales who will hold end-to-end responsibility for developing and executing nGrid’s commercial activity which includes:
Identifying, developing, and qualifying new business opportunities
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and deal closure
Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders
Translating customer needs, site constraints, and energy consumption profiles into clear commercial value propositions
Working closely with engineering, project, and R&D teams to structure optimal energy solutions aligned with nGrid’s offering
Supporting the development and refinement of pricing models, commercial frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
Representing nGrid in customer meetings, site visits, and industry-related engagements
