IMPROVATE - LET'S MAKE IT WORK
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage international business delegations and conferences, as a core part of our business development activities.
Role Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of international conferences and business delegations
Building tailored value propositions for each conference / delegation and sector
Identifying and engaging strategic partners and stakeholders
Managing relationships and processes with local partners and integrators in target countries
Matching relevant technology companies to market needs and opportunities
Managing end-to-end engagement with technology companies – understanding their solutions, markets, and potential customers
Requirements:
Proven experience working with international markets – mandatory
Strong familiarity with the fields of security, homeland security, and cyber
High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and project management skills
Strong analytical abilities and experience working with data and information sources
High level of order, accuracy, and attention to detail – a must
Availability for frequent international travel
Proven experience leading business delegations and/or international conferences
Full-time position, office-based (not hybrid)
