As our office manager, you will manage all day-to-day financials, administration, and the company's welfare, ensuring everything runs super smoothly and taking care of our incredible team, yourself included.

What you'll do

• Handle and monitor day-to-day financial transactions, invoices, and bank transfers.
• Work closely with bookkeepers and accounting to manage salaries and social benefits.
• Manage all work with authorities, suppliers, and service providers
• Run office logistics and provide administrative support to management and employees
• Negotiate and manage procurement of equipment, office supplies, gifts, and groceries
• Coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodation, and insurance
• Produce fun company events and commemorate employee birthdays, births, etc.
• Assist in interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding of employees
• Follow up and coordinate HR topics, such as periodical reviews

• Natural tendency to neatly organize everything and high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, and a service-oriented attitude
• Discreteness when handling sensitive and confidential information
